Official Anoka County Contacts and Record Routes
The Anoka County Sheriff's Office lists its main office at 13301 Hanson Boulevard NW, Andover, MN 55304. The main line is 763-324-5000, and normal office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The sheriff says not to use email to report an active crime or seek immediate help. Call 911 for an emergency or 763-427-1212 for non-emergency dispatch.
For data and police reports, use the county's Request Data portal or call the sheriff's data/report line at 763-324-5050. The Jail Division is at 325 Jackson Street, Anoka, MN 55303, with jail questions directed to 763-324-5100. Direct warrant questions to the Warrants Unit at 763-422-7500.
- For current custody or a release within the locator's stated 30-day window, start with the official Anoka County Inmate Locator. A result may identify a transfer, and no result does not by itself prove that no arrest occurred.
- For a booking record or a booking photograph, submit a specific request through Request Data. Identify the person, booking date, booking number if known, facility, and the record or image sought.
- For an active Anoka County District Court warrant, use the official Online Warrant Search. Do not approach or attempt to arrest a person. Call 911 when immediate safety is involved.
- For a case filing or later disposition, use the Minnesota Judicial Branch Access Case Records page. A booking charge is an accusation and may not match the eventual court outcome.
- For a sentenced person in state custody, use the Minnesota DOC Locator. It is separate from the county jail locator and does not replace the Anoka booking record.
- For federal or immigration custody, use the official Federal Bureau of Prisons Inmate Locator or ICE Online Detainee Locator, as appropriate. Those systems cover different custody populations.
